monday, october 3rd is my birthday and i will be turning 32 years old. i think i have lived a pretty good life so far. i have a great marriage. i love my friends and family. i have a good job. i have lived a pretty fulfiling life and for all of this i am very thankful.
my hubbie has planned a very nice weekend, just for me.
last night we went to disney for some good old family fun.
it was a great night. there was light traffic, parking was close to perfect, dinner was quick and yummy (we ate at the circular bar in the middle of downtown disney where the guys used to hang out and drink before getting on rides) and the park was not packed. lucky or what???
we headed to the haunted mansion first for the first day of nightmare before xmas set up. the line only only took 15 minutes and the decor was awesome! there are some new items that you should keep an eye out for. we then went to thunder mountain and i almost pied my pants on the ride. i had forgotten how fast some turns are. after that, i had to sit down to recover. we walked over to what tony calls the cheesy ride "small world". that ride was almost empty. then we made our way back to tomorrow land. the materhorm was not very full so we decided to ride that as well. tony made sure i did not read the ride warnings. he could tell i was starting to turn colors so he covered my eyes. of course as soon as i got on the ride i was so scared because of the lame monsters that jump out on you in the dark. we then made our way to autopia. we of course had to get on the car rides and tony for a second thought he was on nascar. he had to bump the cars in front of him even thought the signs said "no bumping". after that it was getting late so we made our way out of the park and got stuck in the traffic while everyone watched the firework show.
