almost thanksgiving!!!!

sooooooo excited that thanksgiving is just around the corner which means cambria http://www.moonstoneinncambria.com/ here we come! i made our reservations for thanksgiving already for 5:30pm. last year we had the best thanksgiving dinner and it was even better because i didn't have to fool with the cooking and preparing. i do love to be around my family but every once in a while it's nice to get away. especially when you're doing alot of the work in the kitchen! we are leaving on thanksgiving morning, probably around 6:00ish in the morning and will stop for breakfast at mimi's in santa clarita and from there it will take us about 3 1/2 hours or less. we get into town and the first thing we do is stare at the ocean

http://www.waterfallswest.com/gallery/images/moonstone-beach.jpg and soak it all in. from there we either check in or go into town for some shopping fuel, at least for me. t will grab a coffee and his stogie and will wait for me to finish. after a couple hours of messing around we veg until dinner time. i am so looking forward to dinner. the place we go to had the best food http://www.bramblesdinnerhouse.com/. after dinner, we will take a walk around town and head to the lounge http://www.cambriapineslodge.com/Lounge.htm for some cocktails and since it's kareoke night we will hang out for some laughs.

i am so thankful for so many things. my family, pets, friends and of course cambria!
