what a nice day we've had so far...tony made us a yummy breakfast and dad even joined us this time. he usually comes when we're done and eats alone. we had scambled eggs, flaky biscuits, o'brien potatoes, bacon and sausage patties. i tried to help tony but he'd rather be left alone because i'd mess up his rhythm. we finished with breakfast at around 11:00 and started opening gifts until about 1:30. we had such an awesome time. this time instead of picking names from a bowl we started with the oldest person first. mom gave me such a nice letter that i cried while i read it out loud. it was very touching plus the $100 bill that came with it was a nice touch..lol. dad gave me a tequila set (perfect to share with friends for new year's) with a photo of me when i was 8 years old with my grandpa, frank and cousin lalo. we were at a park in san fernando valley and musicians played in the background. the year was 1979. btw, i was wearing an 0rangie bickini with all my fat rolls hanging out. and why did i wear a bickini? anyway, the photo is awesome! frank got me an office/home hook up for my satellite, raymon got me a ipod nano and tony got me a pair of brown suede clogsnd a 5.o digital camera. i had a very nice xmas and my family and friends were very generous. i have just set out some snacks for us to munch on while we all stare at our gifts and watch the lakers and heat play...zzz.
