Scheduled Day Off

i am so glad we took today off. it's nice to wake up to a cloudy rainy day and be able to stay in bed. love it!!

we've been running so hard that it's finally caught up with us. we were able to sleep in except that roxxy woke us up a little too early, what's new? he seems to think that everytime we sleep in it's time to go for a walk... anyway, we were not planning on putting away the xmas decorations but around 9:30am we decided to start packing away our stuff...we put a pretty nice dent in it which i am totally glad about. all we have left is the tree and some of the decorations outside. later in the afternoon we decided to go to the mall to pick up some more sales items. we did good! there are really some good sales and we could not resist. we had a nice dinner at Di Pilla's and picked up some items @ Claro's. btw, don't ever let a man grocery shop. i asked tony to get a pound of sliced turkey and he came back with two pounds of turkey for a total of $16.00!!! see what i mean?!
