so i decided to start going to the gym...no this is not my n.y. resolution. i just needed to make a change whether i liked it or not. it's not an option anymore. i started one week before xmas and have been about 3-4 times per week. the first week was not that hard because i only did half an hour on the treadmill and time went pretty fast because i watched t.v. i figured since that particular machine was not that bad i thought i would increase my time and speed. well, at first it was ok but now it's getting harder and i just don't understand it?! i was up to 2 miles in 35 minutes but all of a sudden my left chin felt like it was about to split. i had to go back to 3o minutes and decreased my time. i decided to try the bike and that was sooo hard! i could only do 15 minutes but i had an awesome work out. tony made me try the elliptical machine and it was thee hardest! i did one minute and i don't think i will be trying that one out anytime soon. i think i will have to stick to the treadmill and the bike. i lost 3 pounds so far but i am not going to weigh myself that often because i don't want to be disappointed...i feel better and i have more energy...fingers crossed!
