Valentine's day turned out to be a blast...Thanks to Tony of course! Like I told him, I think he went overboard and spoils me rotten, this is obvious. He is such a great husband and I make sure to tell him this often. I love him very much!
So my morning starts with a warm hug and a peck on the cheek before he leaves to work (as usual). I go straight to the kitchen because this is where he usually leaves me a little something. I find a really sweet card and a huge box of See's chocolate. Later on in the morning I get not one but two dozen roses. The roses are so beautiful and they smell delicious. I have one bouquet at home and the other at work. So pretty!!! Once I get home from work and dropping off chocolates and flowers to mom, I find more gifts on the porch. My brother Frank left me a couple tulips, pink and yellow and my soon to be god-son left us chocolates, a cute card with his photo, and a cut out Valentine's book (with his photo too) which is the cutest! Once we're ready to go to Pasadena for dinner I look in the back seat and there's another gift. WOW!!! I was so excited to see he got me a coach wallet with a gift certificate inside. What a sweetheart right? I am so lucky!!! I know he loves me very much..He shows me everyday and not just with gifts...Like I've said before it's the little things that matter.

Of course I had something special for him too. I also left him a card and a Starbucks gift certificate on the kitchen counter for him to see in the morning. Before I went to work I left him a bag filled with fishing lures and string and worms. His fishing box should be full by now. But then again men could never have enough lures and whatever else they fish with just like we can't ever have enough shoes, purses and clothing.

We had dinner at Cheesecake Factory and the food was perfect. We only had to wait a half hour but we didn't care because we were not in a hurry. We had the best seat in the house looking out towards Colorado and checking out all the love birds. For cocktails Tony had a greyhound and I had my favorite Jim Beam sour...Yummy! I had a chicken and shrimp Thai dish and Tony had cashew chicken. We had to splurge on a slice of kahlua cheesecake but were only able to take a couple bites, duh....LOL. We walked off the food afterwords and window shopped, not really we shopped at Crate and Barrel and of course we could not forget Roxxy. We stopped by the pet bakery and picked him up some treats. (see doggie bakery below)

I truly enjoyed Valentine's and I owe it all to my hubby, friends and family. I hope your day was a great one too!
