gym

i'm still going to the gym
three times a week
i've lost 12 pounds already
i have increased my treadmill work out to an 8 incline and 3.2 speed for 1/2 hour
i sweat like a pig and it actually feels good
my clothing is looser but not as loose as i'd like it to be
not dieting
just more consciences
i have more energy
i feel better
go figure
