Weight Issue

Well I guess I must have hit a plateau because I haven't lost any more weight...well actually I've lost 10 pounds in 2 months. I have been going three times a week for about 40 minutes. I started increasing the incline and the speed and have noticed that I lost weight and others have too. I am not dieting but I think I need to get more serious because I want my spring/summer capri pants to fit loose and that is just around the corner...I would love to lose another 10 pounds soon. Tony looks great too..we have lost the same amount of weight. Well maybe I can pick up some "patience" somewhere? Anyone know where I can get it?
