dinner party

once again i made another huge dinner for sopranos night. my family was unable to make it so andreas, hoss, and james joined us. i made grilled pork chops marinated in a molasses glaze with rosemary, orange zest, olive oil, balsamic vinegar and salt/pepper. along with that i made a roasted zucchini dish with mozzarella cheese, romano cheese, bread crumbs, olive oil, heavy cream, and salt/pepper. i'm not done...i also made spaghetti with olive oil, red pepper flakes, garlic and salt/pepper. of course we had bread too! andreas made 2 different kinds of tarts which were yummy. can't wait until next sunday!!! btw, the show rocks!
