bullet entries

• yikes, what a crazy week i've had! well mainly a slight dilemma i had @ work which had to do with my hours which started last friday morning. long story short, i am pretty sure the problem has been worked out...at least for now. and (fingers crossed) i will get to enjoy this summer working 7-4. gotta love it!
• mom's birthday is today. she is 61 now and almost a senior citizen. i bet she can't wait to get the discount (well, she's already getting it) hee hee! we had a nice time sitting together having dinner and exchanging stories. dad has always made me lol and i kind'a miss that. it's almost weird being around him but i am thankful for the time we do spend together...as a family. it's so sad to see two people that were once in love now cannot stand the sight of eachother but somehow manage to stay together. what a waste! sigh. on a much lighter note, mom got some pretty cool gifts and now she will be ready for the summer. the dinner she made was yummy and the cakes we had were too! happy birthday ma!!!
• no plans for memorial weekend yet...well the whole family is going to church on sunday in honor of our late grandmother. t and i have a date on saturday for a dinner and a movie but other than that, no major plans thank god!
