weight loss update

i have been going to the gym about 3 times a week since december. well, i try to go that often but for several weeks now i let it slide. i have not been dieting either. we went on vacation at the end of april so since then i know i gained some weight back, about 4 pounds. i am back on my regular hours starting today so i went to the gym and will now go 4 times per week plus cook at least 3-4 times. i am able to get back in my pants without having to buy a larger size but now my goal is to go down one more size. i can do it!
