for the first time i worked out three days in a row. i come home cook, clean and chill on my computie. once it gets to about 7:00ish i totally run out of steam. this heat does not help out the situation either. ugh!!! i am so sore and exhausted and lack any energy. so instead of cleaning up the house and doing other more productive things, i end up staring blankly at the boob tube. my bones are even achy...gosh, it sucks to be old! but soon enough t will be back with a cold coffee to give me a boost of energy. what a doll!
