Wow, what a great concert....And long too! Even though I was feeling a little bit under the weather I still had a blast at the concert, eww and the weather was awful! The good thing is that we missed most of Michael McDonald's set which started at 7:30. I think Tony was the only one that likes him because he was into the Dooby Brothers back in the day. We had not been to Irvine Meadows in a really long time. I think we saw Pennywise and Social D with Raymon and I can't remember when that was?! I did remember however, how long the walk to our seats is. It was a pretty tough hike but we made it! :) We were surprised to see how quiet and low key the audience was and very conservative and well dressed. The last time T and I saw Steely Dan at the same place was about 14 years ago and we had lawn seats which were the worst because all the people around us were all drunk and falling over plus there was no where to sit. The audience was much more mature (including me) but over all Dre, Paulie, T and I had a great time. We're planning other concerts already...next time it will have to be a cover band. I know T is way excited....NOT!
