An Evening with Friends

Rosie, Raymond and the kids came over tonight for some bonding and dessert. We had a nice time catching up since we were unable to last weekend because Rosie was so busy tending to her guest at her daughter's party. Her cousin Raymond is a really cool guy and he's also fun to be around. The kids had a blast tiring Roxxy out and running around. I cannot believe how much energy they both have. And mind you, Klaryssa just had 2 teeth pulled out and she was her old self. Too funny!

So we have made our dinner menu for our "adult only" party @ my house. Since everyone except T and I don't work on the weekends we have planned it for August 26th @ 4:00. I am going to make orange glazed pork chops and Italian roasted zucchini. Raymond is going to make shish kabobs, Rosie is going to make white rice and dessert and for cocktails we are having margaritas and wine. I think I am also going to grill some bread w/garlic and oil.

I think it's great that we have reunited and have kept in touch. I am sure we are going to have a blast.
