ramblings of a bored woman

hmmm. what should i write about today? this week was pretty good. it went by so fast and i am so glad for that. we cooked twice this week which is good. i am trying to cook more that way we can control the calories we consume. not that we are on a diet but i hate to admit it, we are getting heavier. i was supposed to start walking this week, what's new right? and no, i have not started yet. hopefully tomorrow evening... i weighed myself at costo today and OMG! i think i gained close to 1o lbs in about one year. yeah, i need to seriously start exercising. this is a joke! OG ayudame!!!
i have a pretty easy-going weekend planned. i do have a couple errands to run but nothing huge.
i think my computer is going to crash soon. the fonts looks bad and when i start the computer the screen remains black for a while... great one more thing to worry about...it could be worse. thank god it's not.

I agree with Jilly, that is a great start. Don't pressure yourself to walk a long time, just 20 minutes to start will do. I remember when I started walking, I would be out of breath in 10 minutes! Now I can walk an hour with no problem. =) You can do it! Did Monchis fix your pc?
