i've been feeling like crap all week. i thought for sure my blood pressure was high because of the sympston i've been feeling. fortunately, that seems not to be the case. my dr. thinks it's b ad allergies and liquid in my ears. weird?! i am feeling a little better but i still have some congestion in my chest. i can't wait to feel 100% better. i have promised myself for the 1 millionth time that i will start walking. even after a planned date...think positive!
